ITIMACY LOVE WITH OUR 'ABBA FATHER'

Isaiah 63:16 the Israelites called out the Lord of heavens saying ‘*for you are our father, though Abraham does not know us, and Israel does not acknowledge us; you, O LORD, are our father. Our Redeemer from of old is your name.’ * We see the Israelites calling and crying out to the LORD as ‘Abba father’ though they were not known by Abraham and Israel as a whole. How many times do you say the word ‘Abba father or dear God I love you, I adore you when you’re in trouble? Are you that kind of a person who rushes to God and blame him for what he hasn't done for you? How many times do you alter the word ‘Abba father’ when you’re praying or when you’re praying you just demand him of that perfect meal you didn't get, the car you haven’t bought, that good looking house you haven’t built? We see Jesus in all his prayers referring to God as Abba father. Mark 14:36 ‘*and He said, “Abba, Father, all things are possible for you. Take this cup away from me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what you will.*” Remember Christ is our Lord because through him we become children of God. Mathew 5:45’ *that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust*. If we understand Jesus well, we will get all that we want ‘seek and you will find, ask and it will be given to you.’ Jeremiah 3:4 ‘*Will you not from this time cry to Me My Father, You* are *the guide of my youth?’ * Cry to him and he will answer you and through the Lord’s Prayer we obtain each and everything we want Mathew 6:9-13

  • ‘Our Father in heaven,*

  • Hallowed be Your name. *10 *Your kingdom come.*

  • Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. *11 *Give us this day our daily bread.* 12 *And forgive us our debts,*

  • As we forgive our debtors. *13 *And do not lead us into temptation,*

  • But deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen*.

This prayer summaries everything we need from GOD.

ISAIAH 60:1-17

Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.

2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

3 And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.

4 Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy side.

5 Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.

14 The sons also of them that afflicted thee shall come bending unto thee; and all they that despised thee shall bow themselves down at the soles of thy feet; and they shall call thee; The city of the Lord, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.

15 Whereas thou has been forsaken and hated, so that no man went through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations.

16 Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

17 For brass I will bring gold, and for iron I will bring silver, and for wood brass, and for stones iron: I will also make thy officers peace, and thine exactors righteousness.

How Hard it is, preach salvation to an elder person

This has been my hard momments .

Preaching the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ / I mean trying to convience / verse by verse / speaking Salvation words to an elder person is one of the hardest part in Evangelism for many elder people think that a younger man/ younger evangelist/pastor can never speak real/life words to the elder , actually here in Uganda elder people have a saying that ''The Eye of an elder people sees far more than that of a younger person''(yes that's true) though when it come to Salvation knowledge , it might be different, so I straggled preaching to this old woman Salvation word to her. Though Finally her daughter accepted Christ and for her she just said she wanted me to pray for her LONGLIVE and her sickness only and that for Salvation she needs to thing about it.

SO MANY ELDER PEOPLE THINK THEY KNOW MORE THAN THE YOUNGER ONE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO SALVATION.

JUST COMMENT ON THIS STATEMENT IF YOU HAVE BEEN FANCING THIS TOO.

2013 God expects you to be "Good Figs'' Not...

Jeremiah's Vision of the TWO Baskets ''Which side are you?'' Good or Bad Check yourself for that says the Lord your God.

Jeremiah 24:1-10 (KJV)

24 The Lord shewed me, and, behold, two baskets of figs were set before the temple of the Lord, after that Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, and the princes of Judah, with the carpenters and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought them to Babylon.

2 One basket had very good figs, even like the figs that are first ripe: and the other basket had very naughty figs, which could not be eaten, they were so bad.

3 Then said the Lord unto me, What seest thou, Jeremiah? And I said, Figs; the good figs, very good; and the evil, very evil, that cannot be eaten, they are so evil.

4 Again the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,

5 Thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel; Like these good figs, so will I acknowledge them that are carried away captive of Judah, whom I have sent out of this place into the land of the Chaldeans for their good.

6 For I will set mine eyes upon them for good, and I will bring them again to this land: and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up.

7 And I will give them an heart to know me, that I am the Lord: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with their whole heart.

8 And as the evil figs, which cannot be eaten, they are so evil; surely thus saith the Lord, So will I give Zedekiah the king of Judah, and his princes, and the residue of Jerusalem, that remain in this land, and them that dwell in the land of Egypt:

9 And I will deliver them to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth for their hurt, to be a reproach and a proverb, a taunt and a curse, in all places whither I shall drive them.

10 And I will send the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, among them, till they be consumed from off the land that I gave unto them and to their fathers.
