We are soon ending this wonderful and incredible beautiful year here at God’s Village-Vangrace Compassion Ministries’ Orphanage and we thought to take time and pause for a moment and remember some our preferable and favorite web posts of the year 2015.
1. Joy as We Received 700 Mosquito Nets Donated by A 15 Year Old Girl.
This was one of our favorite post this year 2015. As we were surprised by a faithful and kind 15 years old girl form the United States. She gave in the little she had to save hundreds of lives of less fortunate children, pregnant women and elderly people in different communities of Uganda.
Yah! It was ‘Orphan to Orphans Fundraising Ceremony’ at God’s Village. We were so amazed as many community people attended and on our surprise $79.22 USD was fund-raised from the local people and this went on the construction of the pit latrine of the children at God’s Village.
3. Tremendous Joy Over the Finished Rehabilitated Orphanage Sleeping Quarters.
Wow. This was a tough story at first where the sleeping quarters of our children were put down by the heavy rains and storm. Later on, the problem was solved and the sleeping quarters were rehabilitated and joy was in the air at our orphanage.
4. Irrigation Water Pump Machine to Boost Farming at God’s Village.
I prefer this story personally. It’s like a dream but out of the blue, there we received an irrigation water pump machine from Brad one of our family members ‘God’s Village Family’ to real boost the farming project at our orphanage.
Am confident of this! Yes I am. That He who began a good work in me will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. No matter what I may be going through, I won’t care if people may laugh at me, I know that my God will finish with me because the one who is in me is greater the one who is in the world.
