Meet Nicholas Musasizi
Sometimes God changes lives through people who simply say,
"Here I am, Lord... send me."
This month, we are honored to recognize Nicholas Musasizi as our Volunteer of the Month at God's Village – Vangrace Academy.
Nicholas traveled all the way from Kaliro District in Eastern Uganda to join our ministry family here at God's Village. Leaving behind the familiarity of home, he answered God's call to serve where He believed he was being led.
His journey reminds us that ministry is often not measured by how far we travel, but by the willingness of our hearts to serve wherever God sends us.
Teaching More Than Mathematics
At Vangrace Academy, Nicholas faithfully teaches Mathematics to our Grade 4 through Grade 6 pupils.
Every lesson he teaches helps our children develop confidence, critical thinking, perseverance, and the belief that they can achieve great things. For many of our rescued children, education is far more than learning numbers—it is discovering hope, purpose, and a brighter future.
Patiently solving problems on the classroom blackboard, encouraging struggling learners, and celebrating every small victory, Nicholas continually reminds our children that they are capable, valuable, and created by God for a purpose.
His classroom is not simply a place of learning—it is a place where confidence grows one lesson at a time.
A Journey of Service
Traveling from Kaliro District to God's Village was more than relocating.
It was choosing to invest his time, knowledge, and heart into children who needed someone willing to believe in them.
Volunteering often happens quietly.
There are no headlines.
No applause.
Yet every day, faithful servants like Nicholas leave fingerprints on lives that will never be forgotten.
His willingness to serve reflects the very heartbeat of our mission:
Rescue • Nurture • Raise

A Word of Gratitude & Encouragement
Nicholas,
Thank you for saying "yes" to God's calling.
Thank you for investing your gifts, your time, and your heart into the children of God's Village.
Every Mathematics lesson you teach is helping build confidence, knowledge, and hope in the lives of children who have already overcome so much.
Your willingness to leave your home in Kaliro District and faithfully serve here reminds us that God is still raising men and women who are willing to go wherever He leads.
May the Lord continue to strengthen you, fill you with wisdom, bless every lesson you teach, and reward every seed you are sowing into these precious lives.
Your faithfulness is making an eternal difference.
You are making a difference, and because of your service, the future is brighter for many children.
