Meet Our October Volunteer of the Month!
At Vangrace Compassion Ministries, we believe that making a difference begins with a willing heart. This October, we are delighted to recognize LUBAGAKENE RONALD, a dedicated volunteer teacher whose commitment to serving children has brought him all the way from Lamwo District in northern Uganda to God's Village.
Ronald traveled more than nine hours to join our ministry family and volunteer as a teacher at Vangrace Academy, our community school serving children at God's Village.
His journey reminds us that compassion knows no distance and that a heart willing to serve can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
More Than Nine Hours for a Greater Purpose
Leaving his home district of Lamwo and traveling across Uganda to God's Village was no small commitment.
Yet Ronald chose to give his time, energy, and teaching abilities to help children learn and grow.
At Vangrace Academy, education is an essential part of our mission to rescue, nurture, and raise vulnerable children. Every lesson taught, every child encouraged, and every opportunity to learn helps build a stronger foundation for the future.
Ronald's willingness to serve alongside our teaching team is a wonderful encouragement to our ministry.
Teaching Today, Transforming Tomorrow
For many children growing up in vulnerable circumstances, education represents far more than classroom lessons. It opens doors to confidence, opportunity, independence, and hope.
Through Vangrace Academy, we work to provide children with a caring learning environment where they can develop academically, socially, and spiritually.
Volunteer teachers like Ronald strengthen this mission by sharing their knowledge, time, and commitment with the children.
His service is a reminder that you do not have to give everything to make a difference — sometimes giving your time can change a child's tomorrow.
